Events FAQs
Can I cancel my event and get my deposit back?
If the deposit is already paid, no. You can either use the deposit for an attraction card or reschedule your event. If the deposit has not been paid yet, you can cancel anytime.
Can I use my Gift Card toward my party total?
Yes! Guests can use up to $100 in Gift Cards to help pay for a party. These can be taken in person for deposits and final payment.
How much do party packages cost?
Pricing varies. Please refer to our package sheet or contact our event coordinator for details.
Can I customize my package?
Yes, our event coordinator can help tailor a package to your preferences, including food, activities, and decorations.
How early can I arrive to set up for my event?
You can arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Let us know if you need more setup time.
Do you provide decorations?
We offer basic decorations for events and can help coordinate more if requested. You’re also welcome to bring your own.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Refunds and cancellations depend on the service or event. Contact us for details.
How long can we use the space?
Standard event durations are 2–3 hours, but we can extend the time for an additional fee.
Are private event rooms available?
Yes, we have private event spaces. With a booked event, they are $30 per hour. Without an event, $60 per hour.
Can I book a themed party?
Yes, we can match balloons and tablecloths to a theme.
Do you provide event hosts or staff?
Yes, you will have a dedicated party host.
